Been watching MTB riding for a while and really wanting to start MTB riding - been road riding for a while. Never realized, living in Tallahassee, that we had so many trails, elevation changes and all those features. I play Disc Gold a lot a Tom Brown and have seen the pump track from a distance. Thanks for the videos Rob!

Tom Brown trails are a lot of fun! That pump track is a nice warm up but if you stay on it for a while it's a great workout.

Did you miss all the singletrack over at the Greenway? It was put in in the last year. If you missed the signs, you prob missed them.

I rode some singletrack right after I came off the big wooden walkway. I am guessing I didn’t hit all of it though as I was in a rush to get to Munson Hills before the rain was moving in. Next time I’ll make sure to hit them.

@@BikeLifewithRob The single track is in the area at 10:10 in the video. There are some signs and it’s on the left side in the pines. Great video btw, love those trails! I just did 13 miles today from Tom Brown to JR Alford and I can’t wait to go back.

Me and my nine year old want to come visit the area for these trails and tracks. Are you able to use your mtb bike on the pump track and kudkilla, or do we need a smaller bmx style single speed?
