Troy and Jeremy are the best. They are patient and professional. They have answered questions for me months after I bought my dulcimer. Thank you, guys!

Yesterday took my dad on a 4 hour drive to possibly buy my first dulcimer. Found the perfect teardrop with matchbook maple top omg beautiful !! The guys there were very professional and patient and not pushy at all. I don’t regret this dulcimer one bit. The entire store was amazing. I could have easily stayed in there for hours checking out stuff that most music stores don’t offer. Thanks guys from Cedar Creek Dulcimer 2 thumbs up.

If you will go to www.cedarcreekdulcimers.com you will find a great selection of dulcimers to choose from. Just to let you know, all the mountain dulcimers that Cedar Creek sells are made by a couple of guys that work for Troy. The hour glass shape usually gives the best sound, but everyone likes something different. You can't go wrong with any of them. A solid wood top will give you the best sound. For a more mellow sound, go with a wood that is considered soft, I love red gum, but a lot of people really like sassafras for a good mellow sound. Red gum is a little darker in color and sassafras is really light, almost looks like natural oak. It you want a more old timey sound, a harder wood might be what you'd like. Walnut is great for those who like the darker wood and the still gives you a great sound. If you have a chance, the shop is in Branson, Mo and you can visit the store and hear all the different types or you can give them a call and they will help you with any questions you might have.

Sorry to see you go but due to KZbin/Google policies on censoring based on politics I will be unsubscribing from your feed. I hope you find an alternate, open forum on which to post
