16:08 bum la is correct....bum la is on border of arunachal pradesh and bomdila is another pass of arunachal pradesh inside the region not on border so bum la is correct option.

Yes, used by Dalai Lama in 1959, to escape Chinese occupation. Bomdila pass connects Bomdila town (HQ) with rest of the state.

At 15:42 Bum La is correct, its very near to India-China border as well as Tawang, whereas Bomdila is quite far from Tawang (around 200 kms before). Please rectify it, as Bum La pass is very strategic point, the 1962 Indo-china started from here itself. and as I was in Tawang for 3 years so I know the exact details related to nearby places :)
