The mountainous landscape reminds me a great deal of parts of northern Pennsylvania where I would go camping years ago. There were lots of coal mines in the area my maternal line settled and the men were, in fact powerfully built coal miners. Lots of shale and bits of slate on the paths from the days of the mining cuts. Also, lots of pine and birch forests and quartz/granite quarries, really beautiful country.

Beautiful scenery! Thanks for the video! Regarding feeling unwell after visiting work in the city. Any chance you travel there on an empty stomach? You said it's 4 hours one way, right?! I've noticed if we with friends go to like amusement parks and I don't have anything to eat for breakfast, it's almost a guaranteed headache by lunch time! Also with work from home since the pandemic, after company have started to ask us to come to the office couple of days a week, I've also noticed feeling unwell, mostly the following day, headaches etc. After closely thinking over my schedule and habits, I've come to a conclusion that food might be a culprit here as well. When working from home, or If you're accustomed to spending more time inhouse - your body is, naturally, burning fewer calories. So when you suddenly need to have more physical activity - it can go unnoticed that you're essentially hungrier during such days... My point is pay closer attention to when you eat and that your calories intake is sufficient! Nice ass by the way, in that glimpse at the very beginning ;) !
