I'm 53, and have been a MTB rider for 25 years. I've been doing a lot of things wrong, and really enjoy these videos as a way to re-educate myself. Hitting berms and linking turns are among the skills I need to learn and improve on. Thanks for the valuable video!

I've suddenly started to do these flick turns on an asphalt road (which is acctually pretty fun) and figured out that leaning the right amount of body weight into it makes me go faster (even faster if i pull on the handlebars while moving the front wheel from side to side). Now i see that its acctually useful techique on the trails.

Ride like a pro, without having too train like a pro…😂 Right! That should immediately alarm you! If that were feasible, everyone would ride like a pro, thus no pro would any longer stick out as a pro. People should just accept that it takes thousands of hours of practice combined with the right personality, mindset and talent, to get anywhere near the level of a pro.
