As much as I enjoy watching some of the 'hypermotivated' lifters like Larry, Juji, Shaw, etc, this is like the polar opposite. Watching wise old pros dispense genuine advice without ego in this type of quiet and personal setting is amazing. It's a shame all of this instant 'viewable content" wasn't around decades ago.
