Its been a long time since ive seen a BSU offense work this cohesively in a big game. Great push up front, amazing performances from the backs, even the receivers were putting in maximum effort on every play. That pick 6 would have demoralized this team earlier in the season but they pressed the attack and put up big numbers in the first half. Vintage high octane BSU football. Congrats to the seniors and the coaching staff. Also, i was a but uncertain before but no longer am… stop the search, we found our guy!!! Unless KM wants to come back to Boise its pretty clear that SD is the future of this program.

What a weird year it was in the Mountain West Conference. UNLV going 9-3 and hosting the title game was what no one expected; Boise fires their coach last month and wins the Conference; Fresno and Air Force I thought started off hot and were the best teams through October then they started losing games to far less superior teams. I really don't know how to describe this conference but one thing I do know is that this conference will be awesome for basketball as 3-4 teams will go to the tournament! Can't wait for those late January and February nights watching this conference battle on the hardwood!

Criticism is what got Avalos fired and look how good that worked out for us. Blind loyalty would have probably ended the season 3rd or 4th in the MWC and one of the worst seasons in recent years. Im happy you can just ride along through the ups and downs but the majority of the fanbase expects excellence and we werent achieving that earlier in the season.

@@zoogie980 EXACTLY! Ive been a fan since 1992 and the only trash talking I did this year was because of Avaloser. Look what happened. BSU fired him and the team did nothing but win after the fact. It was obvious from the beginning how much he was impacting the team. GO BSU! What a great way to finish the season.

I went to every home game plus the game today. I criticized Avalos since early this year because I knew we could do better. Because of fans like me that criticized Boise State is now sitting at the top of the Mountain West following the firing of Avalos
