Mounting A Sprayer to My Zero Turn: SO EASY!

In this video we will go over how I mounted a 16-gallon pump sprayer to my zero turn mower to save myself the hassle of lugging around a backpack sprayer and making multiple fills. I accomplished this for less than $350 and I can’t wait to use it this season to apply products to the lawn.

I agree - the stock hit mount was a nice touch on this mower. This thing has saved me so much time so far applying spray applications to the lawn - not having to fill the tank multiple times has been really nice. Thanks for watching!

Yes, the swith adapter was a nice upgrade, so I didn't have to affix the clamps thr battery under the seat each time. I can't wait to use it this season!

@danthelawnman sent me. I like the idea dows adding 2 nozzles still distribute a good consistent flow? How long does it take to empty out the full tank? Meaning can I mow and spray at the same time or do I have to put the zero turn in high speed to cover 14,000 sq ft adequately? My main idea is to mow and spray when I can, and if I can’t do both because of the application then I’ll just go as fast as possible to complete my spray since I don’t want to be out there all day. Sorry for the long comment just had a few questions 👍🏽 thank you in advance

With two teejet nozzles this sprayer can still be adjusted to 70psi so the flow/pressure is great. You can adjust the pressure on this sprayer so depending on what pressure you spray at would depend on how fast the tank empties. I would not personally mow/spray at the same time - I would spray separate of mowing. My lawn is 7,500 square feet and at 70psi I can empty the tank in about 10 minutes or so - not including hand spraying a few areas that I don't want to overspray on. For the price, this is really going to be a timesaver for me over using a standard backpack sprayer. Thanks for watching!
