Main reason i love botw is that not only can you teleported but actually exploring the world or going from point A to B is so much fun because of the horses or other animals you can mount. But honestly i just want something like the master cycle zero that isn't locked behind a pay wall that is endgame after you've explored the entire map and done pretty much everything

imagine finishing the Tianqiu quest, entering that giant room, and instead of -the thing that you get- you see this leash, on a golden pedestal. and after obtaining it, you see press F to mount, next to paimon

I 💯% agree with you with the first weeks of playing and exploring the game being the best enjoyable moment. I love genshin's exploration but i always felt limited with the stamina (a bit less when collected all Anemo & geoculus but still).

Those first few weeks truly were amazing. I had never played a RPG before Genshin and as such I was extremely confused the first two to three weeks so as to what to do, so all I did was just roam around Mondstadt, killing mobs and enjoying the visual. It was first when I reached Liyue that the game hit me with how magical a game can be. I was blown away how beautiful Liyue and the OST was. I'm certain that there will be future regions that are breathtakingly gorgeous but the magical feeling that I got when I first got to Liyue will never occur again. Which makes me very sad.

If Hoyoverse ever decides to add mounts in Genshin Impact, another thing they could do is add a possibility to collect a mount after you kill an Unusul hilichurl as a drop when they die, so that way it will be at least a bit more fun to farm unusual hilichurls and having the chance to earn a mount and not just get 3 gabages from a mob that spawns around 2 times every day.

Another thing I notice when exploring is how many chests I miss because teleporting is so much easier, like there are so many random things I will find way late in game that usually take forever to get to or come across unless I do have the time and energy to explore them, having a quick and satisfying way to get around, with maybe even a friendship system like the characters have would be so cool to see

I personally like travelling to my destinations (be it quests or commissions or domains) but travelling takes so long with the limited stamina that it turns my mood off pretty fast. I like travelling because the game looks really good and it's fun to move around enjoying the view and the music of the game. Mounts would be really helpful and if added, I will probably use teleportation waypoints 70-90% less and enjoy the game a lot more. And as it will still take longer than just teleporting to do dailies, it would keep me occupied and create the illusion of having more time to play even if they don't add any more content.

They should reduce the number of teleporters, and add Mounts with a movement speed increase and stamina of the developer’s decision, because teleporters like you said let you skip the map and this is counterproductive to what the devs want, because they intend for the map to be explored. Exploring the map would be a lot more fun too with a mount.

I hope that we get a sandboat or a horse for Sumeru and that the Statue of The Seven is locked in the capital. So, that players would be force to navigate the surrounding area instead of teleporting around.

4:20 Yesss. Right now if you've already explored the map and finished the quests, All there is left to do is login for 15-20 minutes everyday. I wish there was some sort of leader board, or sense of competitiveness and community interaction besides the boring and lazy coop system .

some of the best mounts in any game i've ever seen are in guild wars 2. especially the griffon, its fantastic. it also gives you another way to progress in the game because you can level up their abilities with masteries. genshin really needs another way to progress in the game, other than levels and just grinding out artifacts. good video!

I totally agree, having another way for players to make progress (preferably one that isn't almost entirely RNG based) would make the game a whole lot more enjoyable

@@MobbinMarvin Yes, progression out of combat would be a great addition. Maybe even a skill tree that is applied for every of your characters that maybe give them some passive buff or some unique maneuvers. And they definitely need more permanent and repayable content

I think a flying mount could work close to how the boat work excepts it’s a tool or gadget and it has stamina but probs more and if I gets damaged then it would fall but you could still use your glider and it doesn’t have to be a animal it could be like a small plane or something and you can only spawn it at certain places like the boats

I feel like there should also be passive health regen outside of combat. We can already teleport to a statue of the seven at basically anytime, so it would really be more of a qol feature.

Personally I know I'm months late to this video I fully agree with you. Seeing the different biology in creatures is one of the main reasons why I play the game, plus the storyline is just *Chef's kiss* that good. I would have so much fun riding on a creature something related to Davalin or adepti related like when we did that one quest to earn the Serenitea pot so we can collect creatures and decorate our own house, I love house decorating in games but to have a mount in the game would be a whole game changer for Genshin Impact

i would really like to have horses in genshin impact tho, like in BoTW how you can run from point A to point B with a horse, while also offering mounted combat. That’ll be fun, and it’ll also motivate me to use bow chars more (also would be really epic for like. camp raiding and coms. Just pop on the mount, ride in and commit murder on the dying race of hillichurls and ride out)

@@jyon7168 For most people yes, but it still depends from person to person and they could add alternatives for that. Firstly, we should get an option where we can turn the waypoint on/off (not that important but still) and then for spaces like the mountains in liyue, we could get floating platforms or mounts that can climb/fly. Also, to go to Inazuma we should have an option where we go to beidou's ship and from there we can port to inazuma's port in Ritou. Tho this is just something I personally want and for most people it would make the game too tedious.

Mounting is so good in Genshin Impact. In Honkai, we have Palatinus Equinox with her horse, HoT with her dragon and HoR Bronya with her bike when they are in open world. Makes travelling quicker if they decide to make an event removing Teleport Waypoints.
