Mourning Doves are actually my favorite birds. They are just so peaceful looking as are all birds but i have a strong soft spot for doves. So 38 minutes of mourning doves equals ❤️ As always, great video. Be safe. Steve

Bsautiful bird. Calming coo-song Lovely coo. Wish I could mimic them. They are very fast and quick fliers. They will not let you get very close to them. In a heartbeat they take wing and they are gone! I am always amazed at their wariness and how fast they take off in flight.

How to be a Mourning dove: Land on a huge pile of food, eat for 5 seconds, stop and look for predators. Repeat until full. Then fluff up and take a nap right there on the spot, in full view of predators. Repeat again tomorrow and every day until a hawk catches you napping.
