Mous Intralock Vs QuadLock - First Look & Review 2022!

The quadlock lever is only to remove it, you don't need it to mount it just like the other one. You just push it into its spot and twist and it clicks on. If Mous wants to get into the motorcycle game they need to make a vibration dampener to protect the OIS on phones otherwise people will just flat out avoid it or give them bad reviews when it inevitably destroys their phone's camera.

@@moder14 They both use a bolt through centre design so if they are the same type of bolt then it could probably work, they do use different types of splines on the flat surface to align though so you'd probably have to grind them off so that it sits flush, or put a rubber washer in so that it takes up all the play that would be created there.

It has vibration dampener for Mous as well. I have both Mous and Quadlock and both are phenomenal

I understand this is just a first look review, but for an honest non biased review you should have tried both phone cases in their true working environment, rather than just rating how positive and satisfying each mount “clicks” into the case. Does the intralock case take any more force to rip off the mount? You also mention the intralock case is more protective, is there really any justification for this? A thicker case is generally more protective. Your video appears to be biased review to support your affiliate marketing deal with Intralock.

I get your opinion and I respect that , I should have probably tried them both on a bike etc, I was already familiar with Mous cases so I know they are protective and I wasn’t very familiar with the Quadlock Cases which is not good on my part. I have seen quad lock have now released a wireless charging one as-well which looks good and I do like that they have the vibration dampening. You make some good points and all I can do is try and improve, thanks

Regardless the quad lock isn’t difficult to put on and take off, newer cases are way slimmer and more protective and have v strong magnets more than even original iPhone cases. This case cost a lot more than quad lock by comparison and with the holes in the back of this mouse case being a massive flaw it’s also allowing for less water resistance. If it’s designed for a bit it fails in weather resistance. So what else would you use the clip for? No anti shock capabilities like quad lock either and who would put a heavy cell phone on a pole, no one uses selfie sticks for the any more, so many other lightweight cameras are designed for this purpose ie go pro

For locking way i think Mous have better but for unlocking phone from mount, i think Quadlock is better because when you riding, you can take your phone using one hand... for bigger hand should not be a problem to pinch side by side button to release it but for me (small hand) and bigger phone i must use both hand 🥴

Mous and Quadlock are hands down phenomenal casings. I couldn't even make a choice to choose either one so I bought both instead. Awesome video btw 💯

Major difference is that quadlock offers wireless charging on the motorcycle mount, effectively allowing your cellphone to be used as gps. Without charging, it's useless. So unless Mous case will offer wireless charging + mounting, I'll stick to quadlock

I want to use Mouse intralock to take DVR video (traffic accidents) on my bicycle handlebar. I have an old samsung in a very protective case and i want an universal clamp adapter for it and then connect it to the handlebar intralock clamp. I hope it does NOT affect the cameras on my phone due to VIBRATIONS and maybe some POTHOLES in the road.i have not seen an universal smartphone clamp on their site, just many speciffic cases with their intralock system.

​@@MrHtech Really? It's huge, came out before Mous and was the biggest innovation in cases in years. Nobody looking at the Mous case will consider Quadlock because of the lack of magsafe and all the obvious disadvantages. PD is the only helpful comparison.

Mous Intralock is fantastic brand new. But it’s not durable. My new mous Intralock lasted less than 6 months. The case stretch/deform near the volume button area. Email them and got a replacement. The replacement lasted for a year or so. Same issue occur. Very disappointed with their quality

Does that camera protector cover the actual glass of the rear cameras?
