what is your dpi?

Dpi doesn’t really matter you can play high or low you need to configure your zen studio right so the mouse works perfectly with your mouse

It didn’t work for me on Xbox I followed all the steps the mouse and keyboard don’t move sadly any tips?

make sure your mouse is supported with the zen check this from there website and other than that check if your mouse dpi is high or low if low then probably thats why it doesnt move then after this check if your controller is connected with your cronus zen on the left side and when you connect the keyboard and mouse you see green light from the ports front of the zen where you plug mnk doesnt works try patreon in which i help through videos

@ yes did all as you said, I might be mistaken but did you say I have to have 2 keyboard and 2 mice? One set plugged into the zen and the other set plugged into the console?

If on console you have to plug a controller in the left side of the Zen
