In my unpopular opinion, he was a victim too and no one even slightly acknowledged that. They killed his whole family, sent him an address of the killer to persuade him to kill his first victim. They fed him medication that ultimately increases violence. He definitely did terrible things but somehow I can’t be mad at him cuz it wasn’t his choice to be born like that.

I agree! I think a lot of people do agree with this. Both Bareum and Yohan were such tragic characters, they were given the worst cards in life and never had a chance.

Even with the gene ( Yoha did not fell for it ) and maybe if ba reum wasn't triggered, he would have lived without killing anyone ( but wasn't there a rec for the minister's secretary asking how many did he kill so far "before sending So Ho's address and they said 5 + the gardener )? Anw the psycho identity was revealed for me before I started the show, so the anticipation and suspecting was taken away from me.. So how was it the revelation ? How did feel ?

@@itssara2053 The drama was a while ago so I can't remember all the details. Personally I knew Seungi would have a bigger role than just an innocent policeman, I figured he could be one of the killers, but with the amount of twists and turns I found myself doubting a lot! Either way, the ending was still soul crushing for me. Both Yohan and Bareum were wronged so bad and it left a trail of other misery and death. Bareum death/suffering should have been justice but all I felt was intense sadness.

The real monster of the series was OZ who triggered Ba Reum to push an agenda on masses. They killed his family, made him live with a fake parent and drugged him for years to prepare him to be the killer image they wanted . When he was a child he prayed to not become a monster and decided to act extremely kind . I don't think he was ever that vengeful for the killing of his family . Not without any trigger at least. Yo han was right. They were both really sad people . Ba Reum just was oblivious to it until it was too late

Seungi gave the performance of a lifetime in this drama. Absolutelu soul crushing! Such a phenomenal actor! Hope he does more great thriller or action plots like this because he kills it!
