⁠@@serronserron1320old comment but in Mexico it depends on the region. My fam is from Mexico City and Guadalajara, the two big metropolises. They speak very different. The Mexico City or chilango accent for example is kind of sing songy in terms of flow, so not only do we drag words out but it comes out in different tonalities within the same sentence . On top of that, we have slang that’s not used as often or at all in other parts of the country. I have cousins who have family from other regions of Mexico and they’ll tell me that they can’t understand certain things I say.

OMMMGGGG I'm white but my aunt is Puerto Rican. and so my family as a whole is very complicated and lets just say my relationship with dads side is essentially no contact and with my mom is essentially just her, her brother, my aunt, and my aunts daughter (who we call my cousin even though she's not biologically related). So my fam was invited to my cousins quinceanera years ago and it was so funny, everyone was speaking super fast spanish and I only speak english with a few words in spanish. Totally fish out of water so I just hung out with my cousins grandma who didn't speak english but she was nice and at the end gave me some money. It was nice to be included in a proper family gathering which I had never had before.

Gosh I love Fluffy. He’s not only funny, he’s accurate as hell! Loved Mousey pausing to laugh!💖 I do that all the time, with videos that make me laugh. I’m afraid if I don’t pause, I’m gonna miss something, cause I’m laughing too hard.😂

This is so true, a lot of my friends growing up were Mexican, and I thought it was cool cuz I had taken a few years of Spanish and I could talk with them in their language no problem, then I got Puerto Rican friends and I was like I need you to slow down
