Mouth breathers should try the Oracle mask with a heated hose and humidify in the CPAP machine. This guy does not even mention the Oracle.

I’m using a resmed air sense 10 (humidity is on 4) & F20 mask. I wake up with dry scratchy throat every night & morning. I have a deviated septum & have perennial hayfever. Is there anything I can do? Since being on cpap I no longer wake up with a headache but I feel I’ve traded the headache for the dry sore throat.

Same. Did you solve the issue? It's giving me anxiety thinking I'm sick. Mine started the first night of cpap therapy and still happens daily. I'm desperate for good sleep but don't like thinking I'm sick daily.

@@rimshotbladely7946 Hi, I just started cpap therapy 2 weeks ago and was given the ResMed 10. It was preset at 4 for the humidity and I was waking up with dry mouth also so I just went into the settings and adjusted the level to 6 and I haven't had problems since then and I'm happy.

@Bronze Monk nope turns out I have bad allegries and have a previously broke my nose from sports
