Mouth melting kesari bath | ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕರಗುವ ಕೇಸರಿ ಬಾತ್ | Perfect kesari bath recipe | Sweet
We had already shown the recipe of rice Kesaribath during our 5 lakh subscription special. But hereby we are presenting Rava Kesaribath, a little different recipe than traditional rice Kesaribath. Saffron is a must requirement in both the recipes. Rice Kesaribath requires rice as main ingredient and here we use semolina or bombay soji as main ingredient. Sugar for sweetness and dryfruits to enhance taste. A thing to be noted is, don't overcook to prevent it hardening after cooled. Follow the consistency shown in the video to get perfect structure after cooled.

Bombay rava : 2 cups
Ghee : 1.5 cups
Sugar: 5 cups
Cashews

Saffron: 0.5 gms
Hot Water: 6cups

Saffron is water soluble, not fat soluble. So I think using warm water is better than using Milk. Turmeric on the other hand is fat soluble. Every spice is different. Nice recipe!
