Hello. I have two questions: 1) Is palm oil different from the pepper/tomato base that’s made? 2) Do you season the beef or just fry it plain?

@@nicciwith2cees Yes, palm oil is different from the pepper and tomato base. As for seasoning the beef before frying, I think that depends on choice. I season mine with a sprinkle of salt and some black pepper before frying.

I believe the beef would have been seasoned beforehand since she fried cooked beef. She likely seasoned it before cooking
