Hello Christelle, I am now convinced your videos are authentic! I am from Lomé, but live in the USA. I just saw my sister's frozen fish store(Frigo Mawulom) near the Akodesewa market in your video. I visited Lomé in the summer of 2022, it brought a smile to my face on a cold morning here in Nebraksa to see places I am familiar with. Thank you so much and keep up the good work! Christelle, I love your show. You’re doing great. Is there a way that the vendors could wear gloves or use utensils to handle the already made food? I think it’s unhealthy and unhygienic to touch other people’s food with the bare hands. I see that some vendors use the same hand uto touch the money. Greet Heavenly and your husband for me.❤
@christellesafricanlifestyl58349 ай бұрын
The Government will have to implement that on the street food vendors. As a person if I tell them, they won't listen
@MichelleRichardson-b6iАй бұрын
Vivian bit of a education for you in the western markets like in England they don't wear gloves you will never see a person working in a supermarket wearing gloves when stacking shelves with produce or the people scanning the items at the till don't wear gloves so don't know were you live but don't critisize other people's ways until you lokk into your own countries practices sets onygiene, xxx

Dear sister Christelle... really love your market videos , they are the best on youtube . Glad you invested in a quality video camera , it really makes a big difference . I worked in the grocery industry 33 years , so I must give you a very sincere warning . Every time you drink liquid from these cheap Chinese plastic bags you are increasing your risk of cancer . Drinking hot liquids is 20X worse , the very second the hot liquid hits the plastic you are drinking liquid plastic and really begging for cancer ...What is the answer ??... Of course eco friendly drinking cups , but the are too expensive . What can be done ???... Look at the ground of every market , all covered with non biodegradable plastic . Eventually plastic decays and seeps into the ground, then into the crops, more risk of cancer .... What did vendors do before they had plastic bags ??? Let's try to arrive at a good answer and PLEASE !! keep these great videos coming . I lived in Africa off and on when I was younger . I really miss it and your videos take me back with wonderful memories ... Nyazingo !!
