I find it so calming to watch you guys! Not sure where you're located but i work in leasing in NSW and at my agency we were taught to be SO thorough in our condition reports (inclusive of 150 - 300 coloured photos). Frustrating to hear you have to use so much caution because some agents don't take the time to do their job properly! All the best in your new home honeys 💜
