Move-In Day | University of St. Thomas

September 6, 2011:
Over the weekend, more than 400 volunteers hoisted the sometimes-heavy belongings of 1,100 first-year students and 500 returning students into residence halls. Father Dease's Move-In Crew, which consists mostly of current St. Thomas students, provided welcoming smiles and muscle power as they helped on-campus residents into their new homes for the upcoming year.

I can't wait for this very moment next year because I'm for sure going to St. Thomas! For those wondering, I'm from Wisconsin (specifically Waukesha County, which is near Milwaukee), and I'm very excited to be a part of the St. Thomas community next year. The thing that really sold me about St. Thomas is the location of the main campus. It's in a suburban area of St. Paul, which means it's only minutes away from the downtown Minneapolis/St. Paul area!
