This house is definitely over price, its far from bring even consider a luxury home, three bedroom home in my opinion should never half a price point of over half a million dollars, but than again its just one man opinion, thanks for the presentation

You make a valid point; everyone has their own preferences when it comes to pricing. However a new house located in the main city as Orlando won’t value $300k. The average price in Orlando is $450k
