Sorry for replying to this so late. Purchasing a MP3 lease allows you to upload and monetize your song using the beat, to streaming services such as Spotify, and Apple music. WAV Lease is the same thing, but it gives you the highest quality format of the beat. The downside with the Lease is, you can only monetize the song on one streaming service of your choice. If you want to upload it to another one, you must purchase another lease. Unlimited allows you to upload the song to as many monetizable sites as you want. Exclusive gives you permanent ownership of the instrumental (However, if the buyer doesn't upload the song, or do anything with the instrumental after 1 year, the license expires and becomes available for purchase again.), and afterwards, nobody can purchase or use the instrumental anymore.
