ppl never explain this choke properly, there is more to it that meets the eye. example how u leverage your weight on the choke. thats the difference between quality instrucation and what I call so so. he explained it good but left some detail out.

propably because the opponent might grab his arms or something.

It's because if you're elbows are in, it allows your opponent to grab your elbow and stick it to their chest, allowing them to then do a basic bump rolling sweep (given that they hook the foot too).

@cmzuppe - no, the head goes down to the mat on the same side of the top arm. The first time, his right arm is on top of his left. The second time, his left is on top of his right.

Yeah I remember that move but I have never seen that way to post in the mount.
