Cannonball moves your opponent's cards, and he's not alone, so I made a deck with ALL of the cards that disrupt your opponent's plans.

Power Estimate: This deck really didn't feel very good, landing at a meager 50% win rate for me, while down on cubes. There were too many clunky turns and it felt too susceptible to bad timing, destroy decks, and early tempo decks.

I hope cannonball and kingpins recent change can be an indicator of snap diving more into an offensive move deck type. Id love to be capable of moving cards and debuffing the enemy while doing so.

Fun fact: Nebula used to get her buff at the end of turn, so if you moved her with Polaris, it would count as playing a card at her location. That was considered a bug though, so they changed it.

@@zakmaniscooltbf if he did get the + 2 and had a small card draw and the opponent has smth like mockingbird, lizard, or other cheap power stuff, the +2 couldve mattered. Didnt happen in the game but it’s still a weird play to just miss out on the +2

Been running something similar to this for forever. I don't have Cannonball, so I use Negasonic to keep Kingpin's lane clear. With Fisk Tower being the hot location right now, I had to take out Silk and replace it with Lizard. Lizard provides the bait for people to play on top of him and gives me targets to move into Kingpin or Kraven.

I played a slight variation of this today to shore up all of my daily/weekend missions. It was so wonderfully chaotic that I'm sure my opponents had a few choice words for me after each match. I subbed Herc for Shang-Chi, and swapped Hope Summers for Silk (because I don't have Silk and I needed wins with Hope in my deck for the weekend mission.) Decent win rate. Cosmo caused me problems in one match. Shang came in clutch more than once.

Disrupt is good only when your opponent is playing a combo deck; I mean a really special combo deck in which the CARDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PLAYED ONE AFTER ANOTHER IN THE SAME POSITION! But if I'm using stegron / juggy i face no such decks.... THE ODDS OF EXPLORING YOUR OPPONENT (BASED ON TYPE) CHANGE DEPENDING on YOUR DECK.

I have played Cannonball in a X-men Deck with a Blue Marvel and I have to say the climb and wins were outstanding and some were funny to watch as I crushed a Galactus with a rock in one game LUL

I've been playing this decklist for months with Nightcrawler and Negasonic instead of Hercules and Cannonball. I think Nightcrawler fits better than putting in another 4-cost for Hercules, and I think Cannonball likely works great instead of Negasonic (finding myself without priority too much of the time). Another option could be keeping Nightcrawler and Negasonic and swapping in Cannonball for Stegron as they're similar effects, but Cannonball's is more predictable and comes on a more pivotal turn (and has similar "good stats for the cost").

How about. . . galactus? Hear me out. Electro turn 3, hob gob or smth else turn 4, galactus turn 5 then cannonball turn 6. usually you wanna alioth but if you dont have prio(for some reason maybe they played into your galactus same turn) then cannon ball always wins. its 8+ power and destroyed their highest card.

On account of not having Silk, Hercules, or Canonball: I tried this deck with Angela, Kitty Pride, Night Crawler, and actually took Jeff over Miles. Having some bouncy power generation felt like a good supporting package in the deck. You're also probably right that Elsa n Hope might fit that package better, but I don't have those either :( I will say however, after opening Canonball, I rebuilt Regis' deck with just Nightcrawler and Jeff in place of Hercules and Silk, and it honestly performed so much better for me. Just lowering the curve on top of being able to trigger your own Kraven buffs without relying on opponent's cards added some consistency and agency to the early turns, as well as flexibility in the later ones. So TL;DR is basically this is a fun package worth experimenting with lol
