Or you need to modify filegroup syntax then just change the filepath of the data file there? Or is there any extra step? When changing the location of the database file inside a filegroup

We will have downtime to move existing database files from one drive to another. If we take backup & restore and create new database with files in new location, application string has to change to new database, so we will have downtime.
