That's a mix of both Pretty Cure (Heart Catch) and Tokyo Mew Mew (also known as Mew Mew Power). The girl in yellow (Cure Sunshine) is from Heartcatch, while thw backround (DNA-looking thing) is from Tokyo Mew Mew.

I remember watching a few episodes of the English Dub Version of "Precure("Pretty Cure" in the English Translation)" on YTV back in the day. However, 3:01 - 3:12 are the ONLY Characters that I know of. Their names were "Hanon(Cure White)" and "Nataly(Cure Black)" in the English Version.

Yea, only the first season was in English. Seasons 2-(currently)11 all are Japanese only. You can find some English subbed episodes on KZbin though.
