This is Zimbabwe. Wonderful and magical. No place on earth experiences the kind of sunsets and sunrises we do. Then the rocks. The huge bolders across the whole country. Uniquely Zimbabwean. Well done and all the best. Never look back!

The novelty of western countries wears off after a while. You realise those societies, even if their wealthy, have their own serious problems. Can you imagine a child in Zim ever shooting his classmates. Or shooting pre-school children ? It will never happen

I agree! Every single black person on the planet needs to return to the Motherland and rebuild it into the great Continent it once was. Whether you're African-American, West Indian, or indigenous African we all need to get gone.

I feel like you might have found your spiritual home Queen P. We know you are at one with the Earth and the Universe so you will feel the environment more keenly than others. You guys are so forward-thinking; those in the know realise that food is going to be scarce one day soon and growing our own fruits and vegetables is a must. Havana and Phin will grow up knowing the value of that enterprise and it will stand them in good stead. I've said it before and I'll say it again you guys should really consider writing a parenting manual. You have so many gems to pass on to the world and it's evidence-based in your travels. Love you guys.

Can someone help me to understand about the issue of land in Zimbabwe. Can I pay cash for a farm and have title deeds or I can only get what they call offer latter and get a 99yrar lease? Can one actually buy a commercial farm from the ministry of lands? After the land reform of 2000 it appears like all the large scale farm land now belongs to government and one can only get a 99year lease, which may still be okay since we don't live over 99years but maybe the only problem is I won't be having title deeds which I can use to borrow money from a financial institutions. May those with knowledge please educate me. Our parents missed the opportunity of owning property when all you needed was just a marriage certificate and I don't want to miss the opportunity to get farming land.
@ThePangleaFamily
@ThePangleaFamily Жыл бұрын
You can not buy or sell state land/farm, however you can get a lease for 99years but you have to put the land to work otherwise there is a risk of it being taken away. Yes, you can buy land/farm with title deeds but be DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!! as there are people trying to sell state land that they were given & they will lie and say it’s not state land. PLEASE go to the land registers yourself and check and double check that the land has title deeps & also check that the land hasn’t been sold 2,3,5, 10 times to different people as SCAMMERS are doing this especially to people abroad. Scammers sell the same land multiple times to different people. Go with a reputable estate agent and don’t be in a rush or tempted by cheap prices! If it’s cheap it’s cheap for a reason! I get the same questions all the time, l am teaming up with trusted people on the ground to give consultations to our viewers and answer questions. Because the rules in Zimbabwe change all the time.

You know after you tilled the ground you can sprinkle horse or cow manure to make it rich. I.e. The soil! Anyway I’m shout fit you both. Only don’t forget to make good use of tge land by farming and raising cattle. Goats sheep etc. Also a few chickens and ducks also turkeys! Pmant fruit bearing trees. Well you already know. lol!

Hi the Pangleas, nice to see you living the life I dream of: living on a farm. Please look up info on permaculture and see if you can implement the principles of permaculture there. Trust me, you will not regret it. There is a permaculture community in Zimbabwe too.

That tree on the rock is a sign that there is water there (fresh water) if you intend to drill a deep water borehole consider that area.
