Yo the tracking on some of these looks off a bit. It seems as if the speed at which the iron sights move are inconsistent. Also like it soft lock on and off and you can see when it releases and engages, it looks like aim assist but he's on mnk? If you play mnk you will be able to tell. Idk what it is but it's not default mnk gameplay.
