Wondered about doing a coop video on the reflex technique for tib anterior.. it can be done in the deep squat w or without a partner and can help the performance of that important muscle

Nice way to start. When I'm not training, these are the two exercises I still do, as a necessary routine between two training days.

I don't even train that much... I move a lot. But the foundation of everything for me is... the deep squat, hanging and walking/hiking. It also helps my skateboarding out a ton.

How do we loosen our hip flexors enough to be able to squat down deep?

so did you do multiple sets of squatting for 3 min or did you do it just once after a workout?
