Hell Flash is a reason Androids shouldve been a character option. The lack of ya know, REMOVING THE HANDS is kinda disappointing since they even strike 16s entire pose when using it

Well maximum charge is useful.. but only when you are fighting against bots or doin expert missions..so yeah..some ppl may use a certain preset for both online and offline play that doesnt make them newbies at the game.. just saiyan

usually i do this move by stamina breaking, sledgehammer, then go at a angle in the air to make sure that the startup of Hell Flash actually doesn't hit them

Burst Rush and Pressure Sign are good counters. Burst Rush is a great set up for a lot of different moves and they can't just vanish out of it. Pressure Sign is a counter to any type of attack, so it can help you get out of an ultimate.

The only problem with Hell flash is that it's useless on certain stages and that you have to been close to the ground.

Hell flash misses sometimes after a heavy stamina break because you have to wait till they stand then do it or sometimes they can move out of it if you don't wait

I always use he'll flash for my combos and is lit asf that's breaks people's health and destroys them that breaks me to the 15k+ damage mark that is just a lit move

dead end rain and dead end bullet. fast and considerable damage, however, very situational. i suggest using sledge hammer or using certain combos for bullet. you need a surface for rain.
