As an animator, videos like this are absolutely fascinating and a blessing so thank you. I like how they adjusted Peach to be 'facing' the screen more in Ultimate as opposed to the profile in Smash 4. It definitely makes an impact in the animations. Also it looks like all her animations face the viewer, because the Smash 4 ones that didn't looked quite awkward. And the smear frames for the pan hit are phenomenal! Although there are a few effects I wish were kept in. Like the exaggerated rainbow in Smash 4 looked a lot better.

The dress in Ultimate is better, but it should have the poof that Smash 4 had. One thing they should really add, is a petticoat to go with her dress. She use to have one in the old Mario Party Games and it was brought back in Super Mario 3D World. To give her a total Princess gown look.

In Sm4sh, during Peach Bomber she will have a >:D face, but if she successfully hits then she has an expression indicating laughter: 😂 In Ultimate, unfortunately it's been changed to D:< during the move, and hitting with it causes a concerned expression as if she can't believe it actually hit her foe. Ech.

Chris Kearney Yeah but her taunting animations in Ultimate are ruined. :( They should make an improvements review for the game to fix all the character taunting animations back to their Smash 4 taunts because they look more great in that game. :/ Plus I prefer Peach saying the taunting dialogues by moving her mouth and not like when the dialogues come out from her brain. @@PrincessNeopolitan It's not a pacifist though. Watch her Forward and Down Throw in slow motion. You'll notice that she INTENDS to slap the foe, but Toad gets to them first. Same with Down Throw. Her Neutral B is actually her being a coward; I'm serious, look at her face. She's terrified. The appeal of Smash's iteration of Peach has always been that she can handle herself, and she's rather aggressive as well as being a huge troll too with her win quotes and taunts. Her Neutral B is literally "Damsel Counter" now. Now despite everything I've stated above, I don't wanna come off sounding like I'm arguing or telling you you're wrong for liking something. If you think it's cute, that's totally okay, more power to ya.

Oh and did anyone else notice that her black and yellow dress got a little changed? It has white in it now. In ssb4, it was all black and yellow with NO white parts. Yes! I prefer her black and yellow dress from Smash 4. I like the newly changed white part to her dress in the chest and belly area that was black in smash 4, but I think the yellow frills from Smash 4 were better, I don't like that they were also changed to white. Also, I think her crown was a more bronze color for this costume in Smash 4, but they kept her crown golden in Ultimate. I also don't like that. I wish they had kept the whole costume the same frm Smash 4, and only changed her chest thing to be white like they did in Ultimate.

My perfect Peach and Daisy moveset for Smash would be: Peach: Side tilt: Bring back the animation from Melee and Brawl, it's kinda weird now. Up tilt: Bring back the animation from Brawl, the way her free hand is positioned is strange now. Neutral and down aerials: Bring back the Brawl animation Up aerial: Bring back her kick from Melee and Brawl. I love the rainbows she makes now, but the kick was more badass. Side smash: Bring back the animation from Melee and Brawl, when she would use both hands to deliver the hit with her three objects. Down special: Bring back the Beam Sword as one of the items Peach can pull from the ground. Also, bring back her Brawl running animation, make her side taunt longer again and with her holding her dress properly like she did in Brawl, and bring back the spin from her down taunt. Also, bring back her old victory pose, the "peachy!" one in which she swings her arm to the side. I like it better than the new one with her blowing a kiss and waving. That's it, that's my perfect Peach. Any moves and animations I didn't mention, it's because I kept them the same as they already are in Ultimate.

As for Daisy, like someone else said here in the comments, give her Melee Peach's animations, except for the taunts, victory poses and running animation. These Daisy can keep from Ultimate. Also, give Daisy Peach's Melee parasol, change Blue Toad to be Toadette. And give her a new final smash. I think it would've been cool of they brought back her special shot from Mario Strikers Charged.

It's when I see those side by side that I can see how the graphics are much better on Switch. I mean there's not even a contest, we tought Smash Wii-U was gorgeous? Now look how Ultimate is so much better it almost puts the Wii-U to shame.^^

Yes because it is faster and strong also when you do that move she still in the air so you can follow it with and *Forward aereal* combo potential also it looks cute
