An awesome build for Hecarim is for starting items get 1 healthpot, dorans blade, and rush Tear of godess. once you get those get boots of mobility with homeguard, static shiv, phantom dancer, and warmogs. Also if you have enough gold (which i highly doubt anyone would be able to get) buy iceborn gauntlet. For summoner spells go for whatever you feel comfortable with but I prefer Revive and Teleport. You will be unstoppable but if you die Use revive and devastating charge and you should be up to about 1500 movement speed and be across the map in 10 seconds. Good luck have fun!
