I am so happy to finally find someone doing a custom Zurg, and you’re doing very well so far! I didn’t even think the Zurg vision was possible! I made a list of all the inaccuracies I could think of on the Zurg toy just in case you need it: • Lips = gray • Groves on the teeth = red • Forearms and ring around • Zurg insignia = chrome • Red dome on the backpack = transparent and glowing (seen best in the video game scene) • There’s supposed to be a thing on the blaster shaped like an M for aiming • Hands = ball joints and separated fingers • The power indicator numbers on the blaster are supposed to light up as it’s cranked up • Idk how hard it would be to give him the rubber waist from a signature or collection Buzz

Check out the channel for newer updates lol The shorts section shows off half of those + the latest video shows off more The Teeth bars actually dont have rhe red lines in the groves btw. Thats just on the disney store toy and not the movie figure. Very few of the disney ones didnt have them so its tough to find that piece but its the more accurate one when its missing the red gruves

@@HackerBilly13 ok so on closer inspection, the grooves have either very dark shadows or the lines are the same dark grey as his lips. The latter being more likely, as they stay dark when his mouth lights up. Also I just went and watched the shorts and the power meter thing was awesome! My favorite part of the mod so far!

@@BuzzLightbulb Yeah I think its the shadows or the plastic between the bars so it shows each individual light bars. Also thanks! The power meter was definitely tough to figure out but Im glad I got it working

@@HackerBilly13I noticed something else wrong with Zurg, the Z on his chest is incorrect, it’s supposed to only have a lightning bolt on the bottom of the Z but this one has it on the top as well

Sold! I figure out why the voice was staticy on this Zurg as well. He had a ground wire connected to the speaker. I disconnected that and he sounded normal 😅

Nice to see you again bro! Excellent work with your Zurg mod I could recommend you if it seems good to experiment with the rubber waist of Signature Buzz to transplant it to Zurg's since in the film it is seen that the two share the same rubber waist

Ay thanks! Im hopin to upload more. It is possible to use the waist but the issue is that Zurg uses 2 of em. I had a friend that did it. I just cant sacrifice 2 signature buzz's for it. I plan on 3d modeling it & printing it in tpu a rubber filament

Yeahh I had noticed that later on. Random Walmart Exclusive Zurg models were missing those details. I've got a much much much more accurate one coming up with tons of more accurate details 😉😎 Check out my shorts to see a couple of the newer stuff

Thanks 😁 Capcut keeps messing up otherwise It be out now. I've literally just got the last bit of part 1 to finish then I can release all of it but capcut has been a pain and just refusing to work and load what I've edited. I dont currently have any other editing options as I've been doing all my editing on my phone and dont have a laptop that can do it. If capcut wants to work I could have this out by Monday.

thanks again for the amazing Mod Videos! I did the Mod for the Wrists and Fingers and the single light Up Teeth on mine. Could you tell how you did the permanently ON Chest Button and Eyes? Did you just solder the switch directly to Leds? thanks soo much and Greetings from Europe

Yeah basically. The board I had didn't actually have the eye leds nor chest leds. So I just wired em to power & added an on/off switch to the bottom.

@@HackerBilly13 that's what i'll probably do, if it doesnt work i'll take diffrent LEDs and connect those with a extra Battery and put them in place. I will try to light up the gun dial knob on the gun like you did. What turn dial knob did you use ? Amazing work by the way!
