I used to watch this show when I was a kid back home in Italy back in the 90's, dubbed in Italian of course... Now days I live in London and I'm a MGFX & CGI artist. Wouldn't happen without this Series I guess.

I remember watching these shows on TV back in the day.

yep on Discovery, early-mid 90s. Remember Beyond 2000 and Next Step? Thhey're on here too!!! When Discovery and History were about teaching people and motivating us kids to go on to do cool stuff. Now those channels are like "Aliens, BIgfoot and fake treasure hunts!"

Even back then they were worrying about the misuse of facial image manipulation.

Yu are amaziing for these uploads. This show is the reason I was obsessed with behind the scenes and how movies were made. When Discovery Channel was about teaching people and showing them actual cool things instead of hill billies looking for a Samsquanch

i love how cheesy this is, how they keep saying "magic" "wizardry" and calling the effects artists "wizards" lol

A LOT better than the current trend of studios trying the minimize the work of vfx artists

Well what did you expect from a studio called "Industrial Light and MAGIC"?! And if you can't tell the difference between special effects and magic you must be a muggle!
@chimchimcharoo56Ай бұрын
@@hamursh i take offense to that, as a muggle.
