Weakness. Super Sonic's weakness is that his Super Form is only temporarily, as he can only absorb and use the Chaos Emeralds' power for a limited time. If he remains in this form for too long, Sonic will run out of chaos energy and revert back to normal.

Remember the Fleetway incident that involved Sonic movie Sonic boom Sonic and Scourge I mean they literally had to combine all their power to stop Fleetway Sonic from taking over a Sonic completely but only problem is that eggman separated them and then he unleashed him on the world he almost killed everybody if it hadn't been for the Sonic council stepping in and saving the day then everyone and everything would have been gone
