Hi! Really good video! I have a question. Why you have the yellow singlal of H2B histone after some división and not from the beginning? Because you have the cyan signal from the beginning but not the another, is that because in this moment start the MBT? Hello! Thank you! The H2B signal is there in the beginning however this particular rendering highlighted membrane so they are not quite visible.
