He was taken home and was woke up 45 minutes to start of race. He jumped up grabbed couple pieces of bread and showed up 10 minutes till start. He usually was there 90 minutes before. No problem. Sets world record. That my friends is the best olympics performance ever. He was 21. He only raced 1 more year cause other skaters said you have to let them see you one last time. Even 43 years later. He would be recognized and be like Jordan in Europe.
