By the time amaravathi attracts all the investors & companies, the construction cost of Amaravati will cross 4 lakh crores and Andhra's debt will cross 20 lakh crores. Even if every company in the world comes to Amaravati, these losses cannot be covered

already 6k cr worth construction material stolen from Amaravathi project. It is not feasible for AP budget to continue with this project. AP is investing it's blood and sweat for Amaravathi, can't imagine the consequences if it can't give return for investments. World is about to face economic depression, AP has negative budget, it is not possible to develop new city with negative budget. Developing existing city is more easy than drain of existing budget on total barren land. Additionally 7k cr loans were taken in just 7 days.😔

India population is on decline. More couples are living without child current individual financial conditions are worst due to inflation and economic slow down. Present IT companies don't have projects. Many people are jobless in USA. Dollar is crashing and no companies are interested in major investments

Please don't mislead people, amaravati is full jungle... No roads, no drainage, no transport, no hospital, no schools... It will take atleast 5 to 10 years for infrastructure development and govt building to come up there... There's no living conditions there..

Yes, moreover if financial capital will be vizag as announced by CBN garu, there will not be six figure salary in Amaravathi. If we buy now it will be dead investment and if we have any financial problems we can't sell the property whenever we reuire. People must be aware of fake hipes and wait for 5 to 10 years to see the progress of next government and present government

It has taken morethan 25 years time to develop.
