My wife and I lived just north of Oslo for 3 1/5 years while I was on work assignment. We loved it! We always kept all of our bird feeders full and our English Bulldog loved chasing the squirrels😆. Of course she was not fast enough to do them any harm. 😂 Thank you for this video!

Thank you for still watching our videos❤️❤️🐿 Sorry for not answering you sooner! The fireplace in this video is just a prop we created. It´s constructed of plywood and faux brick wall panels and has a hole in it with a green screen that we replaced with a recording of a fire.

@@MovieSquirrels OH okay, well it's beautiful, thank you for explaining it - it's very well done, SO well done I thought it had to be a factory made item, wow! I love your videos, I have them on often as background while working or I just sit and watch. I love that you had to create a bunch of table settings too. I did a similar thing once with a pack of racoons that visited our cabin in Colorado every night - set the porch with a nice tablecloth and formal (plastic) china and silver, then placed the food and ran inside, video taping it with the camera zoomed in so you couldn't tell it was not a table top - this was back in VHS camcorder days. They were very tidy but I loved it when they knocked things over. :) These videos are mesmerizing, thanks for all your work in producing them, and Merry Christmas!

I work for a television station and although I'm not in the televising part of it, I do work in another facet, and our high-quality programs are produced by humble and amazing, talented people that know what they're doing. I agree with you that this is incredibly well produced. I just love it beyond! It seems when the whole world around me is caught up in the Christmas wrappings and many are playing video games night and day and going to concerts and just running to and fro, I find great solace in a video production such as this with beautiful animals that God has made filling their little tummies full of all these goodies. Mindy Vaughn I think the director could have set up a feast OUTSIDE a house surrounded by oak trees. I live in a heavily forested area and have hundreds of squirrels in my immediate area. I see squirrels in my yard on a daily basis as I have dozens of oak trees on my acreage.

Mindy Vaughn My “ back yard “ is a 19 acre private lake and I have literally a hundred oak trees surrounding the house except for a sweep of lawn down to the lakeshore! I have squirrels, deer, foxes, Canada geese, mallards, herons, and fish -!plus turtles and my unwanted snapping turtles! Sometimes you have to take the bad with the good! Anyone want some snappers? I love seeing little creatures having fun and having plenty to eat. How precious they look enjoying themselves, eating and playing with presents. It makes my heart warm. Brilliant video--squirrels and chickadees. My father built a feeding sanctuary in our backyard when I was a young girl. We had an entire family of squirrels keep us company for a few years. They would climb up our bodies and pluck peanuts out of our pockets and then sit on our shoulders while they ate them. So many good memories you've brought back into memory for me. Also, we fed all our winter birds along with them. The chickadees were so timid and humble. I'd hold out my hand and have one or more land and eat. Thank you for this lovely Christmas video. I put this video on as I was demonstrating to my family how we can have festive scenes on the TV when we have friends round! My cat sprinted across the room sat under the TV, and he stayed there for the whole length of the video fixated! He doesn't see many birds and has never seen squirrels before so he was fascinated! No malicious intentions from him, just chattering away to himself watching the animals eat their Christmas dinner :) this will be on repeat for him to watch!

@@CaraHTheRealCieI'm so sorry you lost your Trinity to such a horrible illness. I just lost my Nan on Thursday to brain cancer and she never got to meet my new kitten as she was too ill. We didn't even tell her we had a kitten as she would've been too upset. My old cat Bellatrix wouldn't have been interested in this video at all! We lived in the countryside surrounded by fields so she was always out chasing the real things! Sadly she got hit by a car coming home for her breakfast after a morning of exploring and chasing mice :(
