I didn’t realize it was a Russian film. The little girl is amazing talented actress. I have seen her in another TV show, where she played two different roles - the main character in her childhood and then her granddaughter (TV show followed 3 generations of women in one family) - she is so good, you forget it’s is fiction.

Person in front is the one who intentionally caused the accident. Honestly cops should be looking into things a lot more if someone tells them that. It can’t be that difficult for the cop to look in his computer and see the accident reports from the front driver. And that may be enough evidence that they are a accident scammer
