Green goblin wasn’t even sure but the evidence that we had that pointed towards it was a lot more than excited movie nerds speculating. Believe me I want it as bad as you do, because it would be insanely cool to see these iconic actors on screen together, but even if they are in the movie, I highly doubt that Sony would ever show us them in something other than the movie, it’s just too big of a thing.

Marvel likes to fool us with their trailers. Hulk is seen in Wakanda in the IW trailer but in the movie that´s Banner, also they show Thanos with less stones in the gauntlet. In the Endgame trailer they made it look like they would fight OG Thanos but it was the Thanos from the past. In the Loki trailer we see president Loki thinking that´s the main Loki but he isn´t. @@codeskele7337 I find it kind of silly that simply because Peter wore a mask hes considered a threat, despite living in the MCU where gods like thor are just chilling out. Also his involvement with Tony stark and captain america (who are the united states mascots at this point) and battling for humanity against thanos in Manhattan wouldve convinced some people. I think this storyline would've worked with tobeys Peter, where spiderman is seperate from other heroes / the universe is more realistic. It just seems silly to be afraid of a super strong kid with web shooters when you have a two ton mutated green monster running around. You'd think the people of the MCU would be used to super-powered beings.
