Zero professionalism. The problem started with random people landing up to produce movies and pandering to weird demands of budding actors (no other business gives such exorbitant returns in such a short time if a film clicks, plus ample avenues for money laundering, and the prestige of calling oneself a producer and hobnobbing with famous people, that's the greed that attracts most outsiders to be producers). First and foremost in movies, paperwork is the most important, right from artistes to technicians and then the entire value chain. I think the individual vertical associations should study the kind of watertight contracts which hollywood productions have, They take care of each minute aspect. So no one wastes anyone's time or effort, otherwise the penalties are crippling and career ending. The associations should confer with each other and create a model code and framework for work contracts. Malayalam industry has grown leaps and bounds creatively, now it is time to strengthen professionally and structurally.

Is she the lead behind isssues for Shane Nigam, Sreenath Bhasi, and others....they want others to behave like old actors like Mohan Lal and Mamooty, and their children. Even Mohan Lal's son revolts against the industry...while Dulquer's has found ways to benefit him...Movie star children know they will embarrass their parents so there is some decorum but the new generation first generation actors, who are very creative and genuine in their acting who does well, have a different approach, different values....and their needs have to be considered when crossing with them than follow the conservative approach...the producers are wanting to make the most money so they are trying to quash these actors as a group, because they want profit... Sandra's been fighting as a producer with people on the set for years...she is bad news and have been trying to turn a profit for quite some time...she doesn't have the credibility to speak on behalf of a group and against the new generation. Avaru thatti edukunnathu because they have more capabities to actualize it, and what claim should you make because they were capable of getting the film and showing their ability....its like an olympic bid, is one country going to go against another country and go after the successful country for that bid, saying you owe me money because you took from our country?
