Yeah, I'd really only consider a boat like the Tiara as a second boat to take to shows and run around locally for a few hours. It's super cool how original it is...

You flashed the picture of the 5.0 mercruiser. I have that in my boat. My boat dry is about #4200 and add in people, fuel and gear. Great engine but I think it's a bit small for all that weight, IMO.

I thought the same thing about the power to weight on that boat. I don't know what it weighs, but seems a little small for it.

As I was watching you look at the Tiara I thought "second boat" for you and then you said it! Seems like too much of a downgrade in length and amenities from Thirsty Whale. I'm sure as you see the boats the choice will become more clear.
