Yea baby, I did order I was told few days to my travel date that I had to pay for it. After several calls back and forth with the airline assuring me that I will not make a payment. The chances that I would have access to it at this point was slim as you have to book ahead of time.

No the flight I booked covered everything. When you book they charge you for everything
