I don't play asphalt 9 now, but with my experience I would say it doesn't really matter much. Keep saving tokens and spend on quality cars when it shows up in limited time event(wait for that time). But if you really want to have high grg levels then spend credits on a class upgrades as it gives high grg value ratio than s class
