Eric, you have a real talent for making manure hauling not just interesting but beautiful. Sometimes it’s almost like a ballet on the fields. Great angles and editing! The cows look happy and comfortable in their new barn too, and it’s good to see Dad wearing real shoes instead of flip-flops! Thanks for all the effort you put into these videos!

I think having a new baby in the family has something to do with forgetting things you normally would just think of doing. Either lack of sleep or simply new priorities. It gets better. Love your videos. It's beautiful there in Pennsylvania.

@@lovedairycows Eric announced in a previous video (very end of the "Moving Molasses Tank video) that his wife was pregnant with their 2nd and was due in a month or possibly a little sooner (video is about 2 weeks old), so he might not be able to release as many videos for a little while. I suppose that she may have given birth, but I don't believe he's said anything yet about the baby being born.

I agree with some of the comments on the sorting, good job. It makes it so much better when you have the right setup. A couple of years ago we bought a sweep pen and it works great. We could have gotten more to the run, but we're small and the system is pretty costly for a small farmer setup. You and your dad really handles the cattle good, y'all know how to work them, that's for sure. Also, you did a fantastic job video editing, music dubbing and those drone shots were very nice indeed. Great work there! Thanks for sharing and have a safe and wonderful rest of week!!
@samspade46342 жыл бұрын
Wow, the way you sort cows is very impressive. We were always covered in crap and then we had to almost push them on to the trailer. Farmers are so much more efficient these days instead of 40 years ago. If there was a hard way to do something, that's what we did. I love your channel Eric, you take me back every time you pick up the camera. Thank you.

@@patzeuner8385 so it a function of the topography?
@melmon63332 жыл бұрын
I was going to ask the same question.
@patzeuner83852 жыл бұрын
@@jeffreyshier9021 yes it's working with the topography rather than going straight up and down which causes the topsoil to wash downhill, the top of the hill loses good soil and becomes only a place that weeds grow.
