That is a very good buy. Always wanted to renovate an old house with history and style, I live in Kentucky we have similar homes to the ones in Cincinnati and you’ve hit the spot for these victorian homes. I was never into the new architecture. I think you guys will have a beautiful place once it’s renovated. 🤩

Great week!! WOW. Well fricken done, my wife and I have loved watching this. :) I'm a super-planner, so I draw out the house plans before starting - we're getting rid of 7 walls and putting up a wall :) Got any advice on ceilings, we're removing ours, and installing new ceiling boards nearer to the row - so we expose the beams.
