Yes! 2 girls in my recruitment group were engineering, and they're in different sororities, but they're both still involved. There's also various other STEM girls killing it. Just in my friend group alone we have a nursing, neuroscience/pre-med, and mathematician. It's just about how you manage your time, definitely possible!! :)
