The view from that apartment was classic, just incredible. And so much light! If it had been, say, $1000/month, it would've been a great deal. But for over $2k, there would've had to be another room. Preferably an entrance area with a closet as well. What a view, though.

Apparently, you feel out of place in the Washington Heights/Inwood area lol. Those areas have huge ( By new york standards ) apartments. If you want to live downtown you have to pay the price for a smaller space.

oh for sure! My bedroom right now is HUGE and I know I will never have that again, I am very lucky right now 😅 I have lived up here for 3 years and it has treated me very kindly, but I am excited to live in and explore more parts of the city!
