THROUPLE | Our New Penthouse

After touring apartments in our last video - we narrowed the choices down to our top 3 favorites!
We weighted the options and chose our new home - like many of you, we felt one apartment stood out above the rest: quite literally! We are excited to share with you all our next chapter as we move into our new downtown San Diego high-rise home and settle our family into this next exciteing adventure and life chapter together!

I think your new home is alive with its own energy and personality, but the private rooftop makes it unmissable. Moving is tough, almost too much to take on, but everyone brought something to the transfer - a positive spirit. The kitties realising this is ‘home’, tables outside, and time with the folks you love, made it beautiful. Such a big change, so much potential for growth, and we’re lucky enough to watch what happens next. Congrats, it's a really exciting time! 😊👏

Congrats on your new place! We moved after 17 years & 6 kids, 2 hours away. My husband was in India for the 2 weeks leading up to the move. My kids were fantastic at helping me pack & clean. I’m like Zach- I like everything labeled, organized & minimalistic. It’s stressful moving, but I’m glad you & the pets settled in. Your place is beautiful, especially the roof!

🎉🎉🎉🎉 YES! CONGRATULATIONS! I was totally rooting for this one!!! 🥳🥳🥳 You gain so much in what would be an AZ equivalent of "land/lot" space that is YOURS. So in a sense, you have more of "private reality" which I believe totally makes up for the less than elite communal spaces and amenities. As far as your comment about outdoor space for your cats, maybe think about getting one of those screened enclosed jungle gym like structures that you can keep outside. And maybe attach to a cat door if you are able to incorporate that into your new home. 😽😽

You remind me that your generation is much different than mine, i with my partner live in a flat or to you a tiny apartment, we lived there for 9 years and have lived in our house for this year 34 years, its a constant process when one job finishes another is waiting, i dont know how it works where you live, im assuming that you are able to change everything but not structurally, i hope your new home brings you everything a good home should, the only way you would get me up that high is if there was an aeroplane around me!
